Responsibilities
Maintain employees’ information, including leave records, compensation, health, and medical insurance.
Regularly update employees' leave entitlements and details.
Generate bi-monthly payroll using payroll software based on attendance sheets.
Handle the recruitment process, including interviewing, contract signing, and updating hiring ads.
Attend employee inquiries and resolve issues related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other employee concerns to ensure smooth HR support.
Prepare and submit statutory documents such as IRAS forms, employment-related claims, grant applications, and license renewals.
Keep HR policies and procedures up-to-date with the latest MOM guidelines and industry webinars.
Consistently review and suggest updates to HR policies, processes, and structures in collaboration with other departments to improve the HR department
Other ad-hoc or administrative duties as required, such as pantry and office supplies restocking, and mailbox handling.
Requirements
At least a Degree in any field.
Min 2 years of HR working experience is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Malay is preferred to liaise with Mandarin or Malay speaking candidates.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Full-time position with a preference for candidates who can start immediately.
Office hours: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Contactable out of working hours for urgent matters on rare occasions.
Office location: Based in Singapore (Near Tai Seng MRT).
