Job Description
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection; post job advertisements on job portals, liaise with recruitment agencies and collaborate with institutions to fulfil manpower requirements
  • Expand on new channels to increase leads and improve quality of potential candidates
  • Screen / review resumes and applications, conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements for hiring managers
  • Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc
  • Learning and Development, Planning Training Plan for all staff
  • Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, termination, warning, salary revision etc
  • Maintain and ensure proper records of new hires and resignations
  • Maintain and ensure proper records of leave administration
  • Maintain staff uniform inventory
  • Maintain proper insurance records and ensure timely renewals
  • Manage tax clearance, government paid leave and NS make-up pay claims
  • Conduct employee orientation
  • Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm
  • Alternate Saturdays- 0845am- 1245pm
  • 5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)

Pay range $2500 onwards

Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource administration and recruitment
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter, good time management, and effective communication skills
  • Meticulous with work and tracking of hiring
  • Adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
  • Proficient in MS office, outlook
