Job summary

A seafood company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage various HR functions including recruitment, work pass administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in HR or business, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Singapore Employment laws. Job Description

  • Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR

operations.

  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass

applications, renewal, cancellation, and medical arrangements.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to

candidate selection and onboarding and offboarding for below

executive levels.

  • Administer payroll processing via Whyze payroll system.
  • Management and administration of HR-related training and

employment government grants

  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related

claims and subsidies e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity

Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

  • Management of Employee Engagement and welfare activities
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements / filing due dates for

HR-related statutory forms.

  • Handle staff discipline issues and employment related issues and

provide HR advice to managers.

  • Update and maintain employment records, training records and work

pass matters.

  • Administer employee confirmations, benefits and leaves, medical and

insurance claims.

  • Suggest improvements on existing HR policies and framework to

support and resolve existing challenges.

Knowledge & Skills Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM,

CPF, IRAS, and other relevant statutory legislation and regulatory

requirements.

  • Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
