We are looking for our next Human Resource Executive who will be vital in supporting the HR function and support our business growth. You shall be assisting the manager in performing necessary HR tasks in various aspects of Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development and Compliance. Together, we shall roll out HR initiatives and welfare programmes for the organisation. If you think you possess good communication, planning and organisational skills, and is also able to manage stakeholders and work effectively in a team, then you will be a great fit.

Recruitment

  • You will be assisting to schedule interviews, and ensure all Job Descriptions for positions are maintained and up to date in shared drive

On-Boarding

  • Draft internal notifications for new staff; creation and maintenance of p-files, ensuring all documentation are completed/collected from the new hire in a timely fashion
  • Engage new staff via induction programmes, and ensure smooth transition into the company

Learning & Development

  • Record keeping of training courses undertaken
  • Liaise with Finance on incoming funding and invoices
  • Assist to coordinate in house training or group programmes as and when necessary

HR Operations and HRIS

  • Provide HR operational and administrative support for subsidiaries
  • Preparation of letters – transfer, extension of fixed term contracts, employment certification, correspondence to government organizations such as CPF Board, MOM, IRAS; and keep track of fixed term contracts – internships, contract renewals, secondments
  • Tracking of probation and confirmation of employment, partnering with business on extension of probation period if necessary
  • Liaise with the payroll vendor on monthly and adhoc payroll transactions, IRAS or CPF matters

HR Policies and Procedures

  • Assist to review and keep up to date current HR Policies and Procedures
  • Implement internal comms channel to ensure staff are kept up to date

Adhoc reports to various internal departments

  • Monthly and Quarterly Headcount reports, organizational chart structure reports
  • Periodic completion of surveys and statutory reporting
