Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee exits, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Administer HR processes such as data entry, document filing, preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll.
Conduct staff orientation sessions and communicate HR policies and matters effectively to employees.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports and data.
Support and participate in HR-related projects and provide additional HR assistance as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in human resource management and/or payroll.
Prior experience in the beauty industry will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
