Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR services
- Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies
- Update and maintain relevant HR information databases
- Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR work processes and create SOPs and documentation
- Assist with MOM related surveys
- Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration/Studies
- Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Proactive, resourceful, and meticulous
- Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented, team player, and willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel
- Experience in HRIQ and event management will be an advantage
