Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage the full recruitment cycle and employee relations. The role involves conducting market surveys, managing pay structures, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably.
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.

- Manage full recruitment cycle and onboarding.
- Conduct pay surveys and job evaluations.
- Submit insurance claims and manage training grants.

- Take charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle and on-boarding.
- Conducts periodic pay surveys; schedules and conducts job evaluations; prepares pay budgets; monitors and schedules individual pay actions; recommends, plans, and implements pay structure revisions.
- Submit insurance claims and claims to various government agencies.
- Apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies.
- Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
- Maintain and update employee’s records such as salary adjustment, bio-data.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
