Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage HR administration, recruitment, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 3 years of experience in the construction or service industry. Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR administration such as document preparation, filing, handling correspondence, calls, mail, and data entry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and ensure timely updates to related records.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities to support staff development and retention.
  • Address employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits, assist in implementing HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with MOM regulations and ensure HR practices meet legal standards.
Prepare HR reports, support performance appraisal processes, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of HR experience in construction and service industry or in related field.
  • Conversant with MS office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
