Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR administration such as document preparation, filing, handling correspondence, calls, mail, and data entry.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and ensure timely updates to related records.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities to support staff development and retention.
- Address employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits, assist in implementing HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with MOM regulations and ensure HR practices meet legal standards.
Prepare HR reports, support performance appraisal processes, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of HR experience in construction and service industry or in related field.
- Conversant with MS office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
