HR and Admin Executive

Job Descriptions
  • Provide HR administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, training, and development.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and mandatory contributions related to payroll.
  • Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluations, and exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate employee insurance renewal and updates.
  • Stay updated on government initiatives, regulations, and requirements; responsible for work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related government claims (e.g., NS, Maternity, Childcare) and grants.
  • Liaise with departments regarding staff benefits and welfare (e.g., staff expense claims, office parking).
  • Support company events, staff engagement activities, and office administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management (HRM), or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a related field, with payroll processing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and Singapore employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, organized.
  • People-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, self-driven, and able to work independently with initiative.
