Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
Provide timely payroll support and ensure accuracy.
Administer work pass applications and renewals.
Maintain and update HR databases regularly.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Communicate with employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Administer Insurance Policy.
Perform any ad-hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.
Strong knowledge of manpower law.
Prepare AR vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, bank reconciliations, petty cash, creditor/debtor/related company reconciliation, checking and verifying supplier invoices.
Perform AP-related posting, including AP invoices, outgoing payments, etc.
Ensure accurate data entry into the SAP system and proper filing of documents.
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules for external auditors.
Provide general administrative support to the department such as proper filing, data entry, etc.
Assist in preparing and submitting all reporting requirements in compliance with the Group’s policies on a timely basis.
Assist with IR8A, IR21, and CPF submission.
Plus: Good at online operations, such as management of Rednoted, TikTok, and FB to develop the company's business.
