With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, onboarding/orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances.
  • Coordinate foreign workers’ flights, onboarding/offboarding processes, and dormitory assignments.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including office supplies management and vendor sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including overtime calculations, CPF contributions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Provide advice and handle inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in the performance management process.
  • Prepare the annual HR budget plan.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior or management team from time to time.

Requirement

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist
  • Well-versed with Employment Act and MOM related portals
  • Independent with initiatives, resourceful and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Working hours:

  • Mon-Fri 8am to 5:45pm
