Job Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for employees' inquiries and assist them on HR-related matters.
- Handling of communications on behalf of human resource department.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees, orientation, staff welfare, training and development, leave applications, attendance, payroll, performance management etc.
- Must be able to handle foreign workers work passes and repatriation of workers.
- Oversee the company ladies workers hostel.
- Must be able to advise management on MOM quota related matters, employment law and practices.
- Work closely with Directors and various departments in the company to ensure smooth communications in daily operations.
- Ensuring all the employees are compliant with ISO and SFA standards.
- Undertake any administrative tasks, projects or other duties assigned by management.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Must have minimum 2-3 years working experience as HR with payroll experience (preferably in F&B industry).
- Knowledgeable of Singapore Employment Act/Law and HR related matters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (need to communicate with chinese speaking kitchen and outlet operation staff).
- Able to work independently and solo.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words).
- Able to start work within a short notice (if possible).
Working hours: 8.00am to 6pm (5 days work week).
Working location: MacTaggart Road (Tai Seng MRT)
