STIE PTE LTD is hiring a full-time Human Resource Executive in Geylang, Singapore. Apply now to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
    • Saturday: Morning shift
  • Required experience: 2-3 years in relevant roles
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Manager in executing Worker Management functions, including:

  • Reviewing and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency
  • Managing work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Handling workers’ arrival, transfer, repatriation, and tax clearance
  • Managing workers’ work injury, health & safety, and medical claims
  • Administering core trade registration and dormitory matters
  • Recruiting technical staff including posting jobs and shortlisting candidates
  • Maintaining accurate workers’ records in the Info-Tech System
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, including OT timesheets
  • Managing training activities, vendor evaluation, and implementation of L&D initiatives
  • Managing internship and scholarship programs
  • Executing HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; or relevant certifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Building, Construction, or Facility Management industry
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech System is an advantage
  • Availability to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays
  • Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
