Job Summary:
- Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
- Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
- Saturday: Morning shift
- Required experience: 2-3 years in relevant roles
- Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in executing Worker Management functions, including:
- Reviewing and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency
- Managing work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Handling workers’ arrival, transfer, repatriation, and tax clearance
- Managing workers’ work injury, health & safety, and medical claims
- Administering core trade registration and dormitory matters
- Recruiting technical staff including posting jobs and shortlisting candidates
- Maintaining accurate workers’ records in the Info-Tech System
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, including OT timesheets
- Managing training activities, vendor evaluation, and implementation of L&D initiatives
- Managing internship and scholarship programs
- Executing HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; or relevant certifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Building, Construction, or Facility Management industry
- Knowledge of Info-Tech System is an advantage
- Availability to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays
- Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
