As we expand both locally and across borders, we are seeking for individual who have a strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.

In this role, you should be an effective strategist, critical thinker and able to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets. If you’re knowledgeable about current media channels and advertising options, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels of roles (sourcing to onboarding)
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture)
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding

• Work with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
• Support development of recruitment plans and timelines
• Assist in executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and career events

Onboarding & Documentation

• Coordinate and manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
• Ensure smooth transition and handover to the HR operations team

Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate records in HR databases or ATS
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Prepare regular recruitment activity reports for management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and social media sourcing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working days will be Tuesday till Saturday 9am-6pm.

Salary range from SGD$3000-4500.
