Job description

Main Responsibilities:

Apply to be a part of our diverse team and handle a broad spectrum of HR functions, for a large pool of manpower across various sectors. As a lean HR team supporting a growing business, the environment is fast-paced and challenging, and is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise as a HR personnel.

We are looking for someone with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills. Prior experience with foreign worker-centric HR tasks in a large company will be viewed favourably.

Human Resource function

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new executives
  • Processing of work pass applications/issuance/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE/PA) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign worker related matters.
  • Execute onboarding of new work pass holders eg:Orientation
    Dormitory check-in
    Arrange mandatory courses
  • Manage day-to-day requirements of work pass holders eg:Ensuring p-file is kept updated
    Processing requests for medical attention, home leave, repatriation etc

Compliance

  • Ensure that licences required for business functions are renewed in a timely manner
  • Assist with audits, where required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/GCE A Levels
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in engineering/construction sector.
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations for foreign worker-related matters.
  • Team player with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently within the team as well as with the business divisions.
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking ability is necessary. Must have a sense of urgency in handling time-critical tasks, and be able to follow-through to completion.
  • Experience in marketing is advantageous.
