Human Resource Executive

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team at SingGas (LPG) Pte Ltd in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining and updating HR records and policies
• Providing support for employee relations and performance management
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new hires
• Collaborating with management on strategic HR initiatives
• Maintaining and updating company insurance records and policies
• Liaising with Insurance agents for all the company insurance policies renewal

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or a related field
