Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. This role includes overseeing talent acquisition, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience and be knowledgeable in Singapore employment law. Competitive compensation is offered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Lead organizational development and change management projects
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, MOM regulations, and HR policies
  • Manage compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to senior management and department heads
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in HR transformation, culture building, and strategic workforce planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
