Supervise the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Handle offboarding procedures, analyze workforce trends, and collaborate with leadership on retention strategies.
Respond to daily HR inquiries from employees and management, offering expert guidance on policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair evaluations, promotions, salary benchmarking, and career development for medical professionals.
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and recruitment events.
Compile and submit manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field of studies
Aerospace industry experience willbeadvantageous
