A leading company is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR practices with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities across Singapore and Bangladesh. This role entails managing HR operations, talent management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Job Objective
To serve as a strategic HR Business Partner by aligning human resource practices with organizational goals. This role ensures effective workforce management, HR processes, and employee engagement aligned with best practices. The position also plays a pivotal role in regional HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. The objective is to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports business growth, enhances workforce capabilities, and maintains adherence to local labor regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Serve as the primary HRBP for Singapore & Bangladesh operations, ensuring seamless workforce planning, employee relations, and HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the two countries.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Handle payroll processing with vendors, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
Support the team in general and ad hoc tasks
HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement
Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
Talent Management & Performance
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top talents.
Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.
Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to general industry needs
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 2-3 yearsof regional HR business partnering experiencewith a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience in MNC environment
Familiarity with HR compliance standards, safety regulations, and relevant labor laws.
Proficiency in SAP, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
Ability to start work within short notice is highly advantageous.
