The role requires a diploma and a minimum of two years of HR experience, with a focus on legislation and report preparation. You'll partner closely with management and staff to support the organization's goals while ensuring smooth administrative processes.
You will be involved in key HR functions/projects such as recruitment administration, manpower planning, policy & process, performance management. You will be working in close partnership with management, line managers and staff to achieve the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the organization.
