Shingda Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support our operations teams with practical HR solutions, foster a positive workplace, and help drive business success in Singapore.

In this role you will partner with managers, hire talent, oversee onboarding, payroll support, and HR policy guidance while driving engagement and HR transformation initiatives. A degree in HR or related field and 2+ years HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
