A leading law firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll processing and operations. The role involves compliance with statutory requirements and handling HR operations, requiring strong organizational skills and significant payroll experience. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree and exceptional attention to detail.
Take charge of payroll processing and payroll management to ensure all mandatory legislative requirements are complied with.
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals and other employment-related required applications.
Generate various HR reports required for internal and external submissions.
Provide support to HR Manager to run the day-to-day HR operations from recruitment to liaising withgovernment agencies and statutory boards (e.g., MOM, IRAS, CPF, Law Society) on all sorts of HR-related matters.
Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent
At least 8 years of payroll experiences in leading role
Good knowledge of statutory regulations and regulatory requirements
Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy.
