Human Resources Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
    Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
    Develop and implement onboarding programs.
    Coordinate manpower planning and job postings.
  2. Employee Relations:
    Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns.
    Promote a positive working environment.
    Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  3. Compensation & Benefits:
    Develop and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Performance Management:
    Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
    Guide department heads in setting KPIs and goals.
    Monitor and review performance improvement plans.
  5. Training & Development:
    Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
    Promote employee growth and career development.
  6. HR Policies & Compliance:
    Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace standards.
Operations Responsibilities:
  1. Process Improvement:
    Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
    Implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  2. Resource Management:
    Oversee resource allocation (manpower, equipment, etc.).
    Ensure departments are adequately staffed and resourced.
  3. Budgeting & Cost Control:
    Assist in preparing operational budgets.
    Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Project Coordination:
    Coordinate inter-departmental projects and initiatives.
    Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare regular reports for management review.
    Maintain accurate records of operational activities.

    Ensure operations adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
