Human Resource and Operations Executive

• Handle recruitment activities to meet business needs, covering sourcing, job posting via portals, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and candidate selection for all positions.
• Ensure all company policies and practices are current and compliant with the latest local laws and the Singapore Employment Act.
• Liaise with MOM and other government agencies for timely issuance and renewal of work and employment passes for foreign employees.
• Accurately track all work pass requirements and employment contracts in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external training activities with relevant parties.
• Conduct exit interviews, compile data, and generate reports for trend analysis.
• Handle employee grievances, provide counseling, resolve disputes, and encourage resolution where possible.
• Plan and organize recreational, motivational, and team-building activities.
• Maintain accurate employee master records, both soft and hard copies.
• Promote an open-door policy to facilitate professional employee feedback.
• Assist in coordinating operational matters.
• Provide administrative support for projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local Employment Act and HR policies and practices.
• High professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Times Software is advantageous.
