Job Title: Human Resource & Administrative Executive
THE ROLE
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions to support ongoing business operations and growth, including Training & Development, Employee Relations, legislative and internal audit compliance, and other administrative matters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as Change Agent to support organizational & cultural integration, ongoing change programs, and processes.
- Assist in arranging and administering yearly performance evaluations.
- Support and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll, medical claims, petty cash claims, and related reports for payroll processing.
- Support staff training & development programs.
- Prepare appointment letters for new hires, confirmations, promotions, disciplinary warnings, and manage exit procedures including interviews and resignations clearance.
- Handle grievances, counseling, disciplinary inquiries, and represent the organization at personnel hearings and investigations with government authorities.
- Oversee disciplinary matters and manage work permit / S-Pass / E-Pass applications, renewals, and terminations, including monitoring foreign worker quotas and handling appeals to MOM and other agencies.
- Participate in yearly accounting and ISO audit preparations.
- Manage office administration to ensure overall efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain records of company stock and manage company vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Ensure company insurance policies are up-to-date and renewed before expiry.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in recruitment, payroll, and training is advantageous.
- Independent, proactive, able to resolve daily tasks, and prioritize long-term projects.
- Strong team player with passion for HR.
- Good understanding of Singapore statutes and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
