Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore seeks a Human Resource Support professional to manage HR functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide administrative assistance. Job description
Human Resource Support
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Support in work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, IRAS, etc.).
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for HR and administrative documents.
  • Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Support workplace health & safety and compliance-related administrative matters within the construction sector.
  • Coordinate with project sites and departments to ensure smooth flow of HR and admin matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and admin experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices aligned with TAFEP guidelines.
  • Familiar with work pass administration and construction workforce management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
