Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, recruitment agencies & onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
- Payroll processing (Opensoft), attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Handle HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, RBA and company HR policies.
- Handle work pass & income tax clearance related matters
Administration:
- Oversee office facilities and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage vendor relationships (cleaning & office supplies, etc.).
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office inventory and handle procurement requests.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Liaise with government bodies and handle statutory compliance where required.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the superior.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Certification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with Opensoft Payroll Software is a plus.
