- Attend to walk-in visitors and answer phone calls
- Assist the HR manager in maintaining & updating employees' and clients' records and databases
- To prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and EA licensing requirements
- Clients' work pass application, clients' ad-hoc HR related documents
- Monitor and update statutory documentation
- Liaise with clients regarding documentation, status update & payment tracking
- Prepare invoices
- Courier arrangement
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, queries, and administrative duties
- Provide other ad-hoc administration support
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates and working mothers are welcome to apply
- 1 year of prior experience in clerical/ administrative support or equivalent
- Familiarity with Singapore’s employment laws, MOM guidelines, and work pass regulations
- Must have basic computer skills
- Meticulous, well-organized, deadline-driven, and adaptive
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Positive working attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Monday – Friday; 9 am to 6 pm
