Job description

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive with a strong focus in recruitment, performance management, work pass administration and providing comprehensive administrative support in growing our talented workforce.

  • Support the manager in managing all HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Budgets, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Planning, etc.)

  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion, and exit procedures.

  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including office supplies management and vendor sourcing.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for management and regulatory compliance.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.

  • Candidates must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Highly adaptable in fast-paced working environment.

  • Prior experience in a secretarial role would be advantageous.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
