Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including proven leadership of recruitment teams within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, a track record of managing high-volume hiring, and a strong ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 recruiters, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance oversight
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with healthcare workforce needs and compliance standards
  • Ensure operational excellence across all recruitment touchpoints, from requisition to onboarding
  • Analyze and report recruitment performance metrics to senior management with actionable insights
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, external agencies, medical institutions, and other key stakeholders
  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends, manpower challenges, and regulatory updates to inform hiring strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role leading teams
  • Must have prior experience recruiting in the healthcare industry (e.g., hospitals, health systems, or clinical environments)
  • Demonstrated success managing staff and delivering on high-volume hiring demands
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific recruitment practices, metrics, and compliance frameworks
