Position Overview:

Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for connecting people to purpose? We’re looking for a Human Capital Executive – Manpower Specialist to lead the charge in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talents across our vibrant 5-star lifestyle hotel.

This role is more than hiring—it’s about building strong talent pipelines, refining candidate experiences, and helping the hotel stay future-ready by aligning talent with business goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, institutions, and recruitment partners to bring in high-caliber and passionate candidates who embody our service culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for both rank-and-file and management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Craft clear, compelling job postings and tailor sourcing strategies for different roles through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by engaging both active and passive candidates

Market Research & Talent Insights

  • Conduct industry and competitor analysis to benchmark salaries, benefits, and hiring trends

  • Draft job descriptions aligned with current market practices and the hotel’s organizational structure

  • Contribute insights to manpower forecasting and workforce planning

Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows and candidate touchpoints to deliver a seamless and professional experience

  • Monitor and analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Work pass applications, renewals and liaise with relevant government bodies where required

  • Plan ahead to ensure sufficient work passes for hiring and renewals

  • Manpower reporting, forecasting, budgeting and completing all manpower related reports when required

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Act as a Human Capital brand ambassador by representing the hotel at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking forums

  • Contribute to internal content to enhance the employer brand across platforms

Project Support & Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment advice

  • Support ad hoc recruitment campaigns and special talent acquisition projects as needed

  • Work closely with the Human Capital team to align recruitment efforts with overall people strategies

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Have a strong passion for connecting people with their dream careers

• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance metrics

• Strong understanding of Singapore's employment regulations, work pass procedures and fair considerations framework
• Confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and engaging talent
• Confident to deliver presentations or join in public speaking engagements on campus
• Meticulous, independent learner and proactive problem solver
• Ability to bring in fresh and innovative ideas
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven by a passion for people and service
