Job summary

NetFarmer is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our delivery team, supporting digital marketing initiatives for clients. You will contribute to campaign execution, HubSpot implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing account support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with digital marketing tools, understands CRM and marketing processes, and can communicate confidently with clients and internal teams, including Mandarin speakers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
• Experience executing at least two types of campaigns (e.g., email, social, paid, content).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to present to clients.
• Ability to understand/communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Client-facing mindset and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Develop lead nurturing campaigns and audience segments.
• Assist clients with content marketing, social media scheduling, and reporting.
• Track campaign performance with data-driven insights.
• Onboard new clients by configuring HubSpot portals, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients use HubSpot.
• Create SOPs and training materials based on client workflows.
• Assist with client data migration and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned clients and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Manage multiple projects to meet timelines.
