• Supervise and coordinate daily hub operations including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Lead a team of warehouse assistants and drivers, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Enforce workplace safety and security procedures in compliance with WSH and company policies.
• Liaise with transport and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular team briefings, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations.
• Handle incident reporting, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
