The role involves supervising staff, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. The successful candidate will maintain smooth warehouse operations, manage personnel, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet delivery and warehouse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their daily performance.
• Coordinate receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate handling and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper warehouse records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, customers, and other departments on delivery and warehouse requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays.
• Implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflow.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide guidance and training where required.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by Management.
