Job summary

UST Global (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge Product and Test knowledge with Foundry and Reliability tech. You will develop and modify engineering test programs and perform data extraction during HTOL reliability tests to understand product performance.

The role requires hands-on automation scripting, DFT/ATPG/MBIST debugging, and collaboration with reliability experts and cross-site teams to drive qualification from First Silicon to mass production.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer/EE with relevant experience.
• Experience in reliability, HTOL, and data extraction during tests.
• Hands-on with test program development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive product reliability/HTOL activities from silicon to mass production.
• Develop and execute product characterization and test coverage programs.
• Develop automation scripts to boost team productivity.
• Debug DFT/ATPG/MBIST failures across test read points with Device Analysis.
• Perform data extraction and analysis for reliability studies.
