We are a trusted maid agency in Singapore with over 30 years of experience, committed to delivering honest and quality service. We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented HSS Supervisor to oversee and grow our part-time maid services under the Household Support Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers interested in part-time maid services and respond to enquiries with professionalism.
  • Schedule and manage bookings using a digital shared calendar.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of part-time maids to ensure punctuality and service quality.
  • Oversee logistics related to the Household Support Scheme.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on some weekends (with off-in-lieu or additional allowance).
  • Bonus if you can speak any of the following languages: Burmese, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, or Mandarin.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Google Calendar or similar scheduling software.
  • Prior experience in team supervision, operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
