Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. is looking for a seasoned Workplace Safety & Health Officer to oversee safety across on-site construction projects in Singapore.

You will guide project teams on effective safety measures, conduct daily inspections, and drive investigations into incidents to prevent recurrence. The role requires developing and maintaining safety documentation, delivering targeted safety training, and leading a team of WSH Coordinators to ensure compliance with MOM, NEA and contractual

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on construction sites.
• Experience with LTA projects preferred.
• Hold MOM WSH Officer registration and NEA ECO registration.

Responsibilities

• Advise project teams on safety measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and address concerns.
• Lead investigations into near misses, incidents, accidents and determine causes.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation including risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Deliver internal safety training to enhance team awareness and compliance.
• Manage and lead a team of WSH Coordinators to execute safety programs.
• Ensure practices comply with statutory regulations, contractual obligations and internal systems.
• Liaise with government authorities to address safety concerns.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise project teams on effective workplace safety and health measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance


• Conduct daily inspections of project work and activities to identify and address safety hazards


• Lead and support investigations into near misses, incidents, accidents, and dangerous occurrences to determine causes and implement corrective actions


• Develop and maintain project safety documentation including risk assessments and safe work procedures


• Deliver internal safety training sessions to enhance team awareness and compliance


• Manage and lead a team of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinators to execute safety programs effectively


• Ensure all safety practices comply with statutory regulations, contractual obligations, and internal management systems


• Liaise with government authorities to maintain regulatory compliance and address safety concerns

Requirement:

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM


• Minimum 3 years of experience working at construction sites


• Experience in LTA Projects is preferred


• Registered ECO with NEA

Salary: $5600 - $6800 (Depend on Experience)
