About the role

As the HSE Officer at Cesco Environmental Technologies Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental standards of our operations in the Joo Koon West Region. This full-time position is responsible for implementing and monitoring our safety protocols to protect our employees and the community we serve.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential health, safety and environmental risks

• Developing, implementing and reviewing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

• Providing training and guidance to employees on safety best practices

• Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrences

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture

• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on health, safety and environmental performance

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Engineering (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science) or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar role within the Petrochemical and/or Marine industry

• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels

• Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and mitigating risks

• A commitment to fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
