A company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role in Workplace Safety and Health. The successful candidate will assist in updating safety management protocols, conducting inspections, and providing HSE training. The ideal applicant should have a diploma or degree in Engineering, along with relevant safety assessor certifications and good communication skills. This role supports a proactive approach to workplace safety and implements safety programs effectively.
- Assist in reviewing and updating Company’s Safety Management System manual and support safety programs/ initiative.
- Assist in preparing and implementing safe work procedure and risk assessment.
- Assist in incident investigation, analysing and determining the root cause of reported incidents.
- Provide support on daily operations relating to Workplace Safety and Fire Safety,
- Conduct daily site recces and inspections with relevant personnel,
- Conduct in-house HSE training and Induction,
- Prepare HSE related reports as assigned,
- Proactive and willing to take up challenges.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field,
- Specialist Diploma in WSH/Advance Certificate in WSH
- Hot-work Safety Assessor Course,
- Confined Space Safety Assessor Course,
- Possess good communication, presentation, MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
