Role Overview:

As a Consultant at HSBC Life, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients toward their financial objectives by offering customized investment and insurance solutions. Your role involves interacting with clients to grasp their financial needs, delivering expert advice on investment strategies, and assisting them in effectively managing their wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to evaluate their financial status, goals, and risk tolerance. Offer expert guidance on investment choices, insurance products, and financial planning strategies.

Investment Strategy: Create and suggest investment strategies customized to each client’s needs, including asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and risk management.

Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with HSBC Life’s offerings, market trends, and economic conditions to provide clients with relevant and current advice.

Sales and Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their changing needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets and contribute to expanding the client base.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all financial advice and transactions adhere to regulatory standards and HSBC Life’s internal policies. Keep accurate and current client records and documentation.

Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to improve your expertise and skills in wealth management and financial advisory.

Qualifications:

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Demonstrated experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles, with a proven record of successful client relationships and meeting sales targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and insurance solutions.

  • Relevant certifications (such as CFP or CFA) and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Strong enthusiasm for finance and investment, with a desire to learn and advance in the industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Relevant academic qualifications (Diploma or Degree).
