Role Summary:

You will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining HR software system (SAP, SuccessFactors) to streamline HR processes and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with IT, HR and vendor to integrate system, manage upgrades and address cross-functional needs.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the HR system (SAP, SuccessFactors) to enhance efficiency, and optimize employee experience.
  • HRIS Administration: Maintaining accurate data, self-service options, system functionality and reporting within HR systems.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensuring HR practices align with labor laws and company policies, updating as needed.
  • Employee Support Services: Providing centralized support for HR inquiries.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

  • Degree in HRM or the related domains with good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience in HRIS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, PowerBI/Tableau, SAP, Workday and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry, conduct benchmarking and implement best practices for the organization.
