- HR Tech Projects
- Work closely across internal HR teams and IT team to gather and document business requirements, analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities and provide solutions for technology improvements.
- Work with external vendor to define the functional design (i.e., business requirements, workflow, system access) and solutioning to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet business needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Act as the subject matter expert and provide specialized support for the suite of HR solutions e.g., SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession, Compensation, Learning, EC Payroll.
- Lead the design and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Management, Succession, Learning, etc.).
- Create documentations like playbooks, process maps and SOPs when needed, so users can understand the system better, feel confident using it and increase user adoption.
- HR Tech Ops
- Be the functional administrator to configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules not limited to functional objects maintenance, business rules, process workflow, role based permissions etc. This will include managing all user access maintenance.
- Provide ongoing support to HR staff and other users, addressing any questions or concerns about the system; a point of contact for resolving technical issues related to the various HR solutions in place.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits, data validation.
- Create and maintain functional and system documentation across all internal HR portals and HR tech platforms including playbook, user guides, FAQs, policies, and processes, to enhance the self-service capabilities.
- Develop and generate reports, stories and dashboards to meet the needs of HR and other departments.
- Data Analytics
- Work with different teams to understand their data needs, developing data collection strategies and ensure Employee Central as the system of record to optimize efficiency and data quality
- Translate complex data into simple stories—like showing where hiring slows down, which teams are thriving, or where turnover is rising, helping leaders make better decisions. Spot patterns and inconsistencies in the data and explain what they might mean.
- Use data visualization tools to build reports, charts, and dashboards that show trends in hiring, turnover, training, and performance.
- Help HR and leadership teams figure out what data they need, how best to present it, understand the data and use it to make informed decisions on policies and processes.
- Influence to bring in a culture that turns 'gut feelings' into 'data-backed decisions' about hiring, improving the workplace, retain talent, and improve employee experiences.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, new releases from SAP and work with vendors to implement new features.
- Stay updated on new trends, technology and best practices to ensure the HR service delivery will be at the optimal level.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 8 or more years of experience in HR technology management and system administration, or system implementation of HR technology software or related roles, with at least 3 years in planning, project managing and executing SAP SuccessFactors project.
- SAP Certifications.
- In-depth knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors modules EC / ECP / RCM / ONB / PMGM / CMP / S&D
- Expert proficiency in configuration, application, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably certification in either SAP Employee Central or SAP Talent Modules (Recruiting, PMGM, LMS etc)
- Strong technical background to coordinate with technical teams and vendor to solve complex requirement and integration issues.
- Good grasp of IT Technologies, methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
- Good understanding of HR technology platforms, 3rd party faculty information system, survey platform (Glint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI / Qlik or similar software
- Attention to detail and ability to independently handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities in high-pressure situations. Able to adapt to changes and maintain a customer-focused approach to meet the diverse needs of HR system users.
