Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to optimize HR technology platforms and align HR operations with business objectives. You will lead system enhancements, governance, reporting, and automation initiatives while serving as the HR technology SME, with Oracle Fusion HCM experience highly advantageous.

Collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors will be essential to ensure system reliability, data quality, and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Manager preferably in HR tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR operations, and service delivery models.
• Experience in system implementations, integrations, data migration, and project management.
• Proficient in HR analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Manage and enhance HR systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR applications.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact with IT and vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Manage JIRA timelines ensuring timely closure of tickets.
• Manage HR system incidents, service requests, and JIRA enhancement tickets.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee data quality, system security, access controls, and permission governance.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and HR data governance requirements.
• Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver user training, change management, and system adoption programs.
