Overseeing daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.

Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. Providing timely and accurate information and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Maintaining and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in employee records and generating necessary reports.

Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution and addressing employee benefits inquiries.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.

Identifying opportunities for improving HR processes and systems. Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Supporting efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

We're looking for someone who:

Demonstrates extensive experience in managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures.

Exhibits strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide supportive and responsive HR services to employees.

Proficient in using HRIS and other HR technology solutions. Comfortable with generating reports and managing data accuracy.

Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
