JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Senior HRIS Analyst

FLSA Status: Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as an enabler of technology to implement Workday and ensure back-end administration functions are working as expected. This position provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resource back-end administrators regarding the Workday application, including but not limited to integrations, reporting, and data conversion.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports directly to the Director of HRIS.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Design and develop API and flat file feed integrations for the Workday implementation.
  • Lead data conversion efforts, including managing legacy data, populating data conversion workbooks, and testing uploads.
  • Assist in report and dashboard development for Workday.
  • Maintain data integrity by running reports, analyzing data, and guiding key business partners to keep legacy data clean during implementation.
  • Provide testing support for integrations, data conversion, reporting, and functional testing.
  • Assist in configuring Workday modules such as Applicant Tracking System, Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
  • Comply with applicable laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Support the principles of Living Lifespace, including commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, teamwork, and quality.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
OTHER DUTIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Three to five years of Workday experience, including configuring and building integrations and reporting.
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio.
  • Experience in data conversion, implementations, and testing.
  • Experience configuring and building API and flat file integrations.
  • Experience with Workday modules like Applicant Tracking System, Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Time is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to interpret documents and instructions from various sources.
  • Knowledge of creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
JOB TYPES:

Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, with a 6-month contract length.
