Job description

We are an outsourced dishwashing management company committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality dishwashing solutions to commercial clients across Singapore. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to manage our human resource and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Talent Acquisition
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and advertisments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview appointments with ops supervisor or manager.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts to selected candidates.
  • All aspects of Work Pass administration, including application, renewal, and cancellation via MOM’s WP/EP Online.
  • Liaise with external recruitment partners such as educational institutions to support talent pipelines, including fresh graduates and internship programs.
  • Purchasing insurance for employees
Employee Relations
  • Provide counselling to employees on performance improvement, in collaboration with the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support and manage grievance and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy and the Employment Act, ensuring fair and corrective action is taken when necessary.
Learning & Development
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions together with ops supervisor for all new employees to ensure alignment with company culture and policies.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly operations training and refresher sessions to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and NEA regulations.
  • Regularly update training materials and maintain an up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
HR Reporting & Compliance
  • Assist in preparing monthly internal HR reports, including headcount and manpower movements.
  • Compute and submit quarterly MOM Labour Market Survey or other required statutory reports.
  • Analyze and present weekly recruitment reports (e.g., new hires, interviews conducted, and recruitment sources).
Government Liaison & Grants
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies (e.g. MOM, WSG, ESG) for HR and manpower-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for appropriate SME grants, such as training subsidies, job support schemes, and productivity incentives.
  • Able to deal with Tadm or MOM if required for staff matters
  1. Education
    Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field experience.
    WSQ HR certifications or SPHRi/CHRM certification is a bonus.
  2. Experience
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR cum Admin role, preferably within the cleaning, dishwashing, facilities management, or service-related industries.
    Hands-on experience in recruitment, work pass management, and training coordination.
  3. Technical Skills
    Proficient in MOM's WP Online / EP Online, CPF Submission, and IRAS (IR8A, AIS).
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  4. Regulatory Knowledge
    Strong understanding of the Employment Act, MOM regulations, Work Injury Compensation Act, and WSH Act.
    Experience handling foreign worker documentation (Work Permit, S Pass, dormitory management, levy tracking, etc.).
  5. Language & Communication
    Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with site workers and non-English speaking staff.
  6. Soft Skills
    Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
    Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    Proactive and resourceful, with a hands-on attitude.
