Job description

Our client is a leading player in Manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HRBP, Senior Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area - easily accessible.

Duties of HRBP, Senior Manager:

  • Develop and implement organisational development (OD) strategies to support business transformation and culture initiatives

  • Conduct diagnostics and design solutions to improve organisational agility and effectiveness

  • Lead change management interventions, including communication, engagement, and impact assessment

  • Support workforce restructurings with focus on people experience and business continuity

  • Drive talent initiatives such as succession planning, graduate programs, and leadership development

  • Enhance talent frameworks to meet evolving business needs and scale

  • Manage partnerships with institutes for graduate hiring and development pathways

  • Promote leadership behaviours and core values through curated programs

  • Foster cross-cultural collaboration and an inclusive, values-driven workplace

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts with focus on engagement and psychological safety

  • Use people data to identify talent gaps, trends, and development needs

  • Provide insights to support organisation design and workforce planning

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to align OD with business strategies

  • Support group-level HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or related, Preferred Masters' Degree

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in business partnering and Organisational Development projects
