We're seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with strong Organizational Development expertise to drive our people strategy and support our scaling operations.
Role Overview
As an HRBP/OD professional, you'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while designing and implementing organizational development initiatives that enhance our culture, capabilities, and performance. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on OD work to build a high-performing, agile organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders across assigned business units to align people strategies with business objectives
- Provide consultative support on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
- Drive data-driven insights through people analytics to inform business decisions
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on survey results
- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and sound judgment
Organizational Development
- Design and facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructures and process improvements
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs and workshops
- Create and implement competency frameworks and career progression pathways
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions, strategic planning workshops, and offsites
- Build change management strategies and communication plans for major transitions
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify capability gaps and development opportunities
- Partner with L&D to create scalable talent development solutions
Culture & Engagement
- Champion company values and drive cultural initiatives that strengthen our employer brand
- Design interventions to improve team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs within assigned business areas
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires and teams
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2-3 years in HRBP and OD roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (fintech, tech, or financial services preferred)
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles and change management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops and designing learning interventions
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen in the fintech/financial services space
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
- Certification in OD methodologies (e.g., Prosci, DDI, CCL) is a plus
- Coaching certification or strong coaching mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
