Job Description

  • Optimize HRBP processes and identify areas for automation and improvement
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to processes around HRIS to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR teams, business leaders, and HRBPs to streamline workflows and ensure alignment
  • Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and compliance; escalate complex issues when needed
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, and other HR functions to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and transitions by handling paperwork and system updates
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS system
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Operations to support system updates, compliance initiatives, and employee experience improvements
  • Partner with IT, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on compliance, system updates, and employee experience initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through process innovation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR operations, generalist, or administrative support roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels, and good service orientation
  • Familiarity with HRIS will be an added advantage
  • Have strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good command of the written and spoken English language
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
