Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Strategic Manager to lead and drive HR initiatives across our Singapore headquarters and regional subsidiaries in Malaysia and China. This role oversees the full HR spectrum, provides strategic guidance to management, and mentors both HR and administrative teams to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the HR and Admin Support teams across the Group. Align HR strategies with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Conduct market benchmarking, manage total rewards programs, and optimize payroll processes (internal & outsourced).
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Oversee performance management, appraisals, goal-setting, and career development. Resolve employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Learning & Development: Design training roadmaps and lead various committees (performance, training, counselling, academy, and staff welfare).
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Singapore MOM regulations and labor laws in Malaysia and China.
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise admin operations, handle corporate insurance, training grants, tenancy renewals, and support day-to-day office functions.
  • Regional Payroll: Ensure timely and compliant payroll submissions for Singapore and Malaysia (e.g., AIS, Form E, IR8A, EA forms).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years’ experience in HR management, including regional exposure and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment law; knowledge of Malaysia’s labor law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Infotech experience advantageous).
  • Able to lead independently and manage cross-border HR functions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
